I have over five years of experience in the health care field working in different pilot project roles, and I’m now planning a transition into the tech field. Currently, I work for Novasyte, an IQVIA acquired company, where I work autonomously with another colleague on experimental programs focused on providing in-home phlebotomy draws intended for Hep C testing and for a colorectal study. I utilize and monitor up to six different applications for each project along with a CRM application for documentation. Previously, I worked at Regions Hospital in the Care Management department in different pilot roles. These experiences have taught me to be flexible and tackle new challenges or projects with an open mind. I’m motivated to consistently identify solutions and be innovative; there are always more than one solution to any given problem or situation.Outside of work, you’ll catch me at home improvement stores purchasing materials for my next house project. In addition to this, you’ll find me spending time outdoors or occasionally traveling for mini weekend trip to see the many state parks in the surrounding states to Minnesota.I also enjoy meeting new individuals over a cup of coffee or tea. I believe there’s something we could teach each other based on our experiences; we are never too old to learn something new.
