As part of CyHub Armenia - multi-vector project of fostering cybersecurity field in Armenia, I am providing technical vision of the project, managing IT operations and security teams, developing curriculum, leading cybersecurity audits and trainings, organizing conferences, handling client negotiations and partner relations, procuring hardware and software, and being technical lead of building a SOC based on IBM products.

Administrating on premise and cloud web infrastructure of Inkin. Database administration, DNS, E-mail, WAF.

Reviewed localization, consulted LXL on glossary terms, provided consultations on l10n and i18n of Armenian to Google, worked on Unicode CLDR, developed few Chrome extensions enhancing localization workflow in Google.

Providing IT consultancy and services to a number of local and international companies, ranging from local startups to UN agencies.

As a co-founder of Wikimedia Foundation affiliate - national Wikimedia chapter I had a chance to put my non-profit experience into use. Besides duties you'd expect from at a setup of organization I've worked on partnership development locally and internationally, crisis management, governmental institution and technical challenges. Thanks to it dedicated and passionate team and network of local and international supporters over 5 years since it's inception it had grown into one of the most widespread and largest non-profits in Armenia.

As IT Specialist I was responsible for all IT systems of local branch and it's integration into global corporate IT system. I managed local IT projects and was in charge of budgeting and procurement of equipment and services. Handled system administration and coordinated network administration. Developed software to integrate corporate software with local accounting and tax systems. Handled DB operations and providing business with analytics reports. Implemented and enforced corporate security standards. Cooperating with headquarters and regional IT divisions and partners on IT system development and support. Provided employees with training and support.

Consulting numerous local and international organizations (significant part of those are non-profit organizations and foundations). General consultations on ICT infrastructure of organizations. Consultations and trainings on New Media.

As a contractor: developing new modules and features for existing websites, making changes to existing proprietary CMS modules, consulting and performing IT Security audit.

As co-founder and board member, was dealing with strategy, HR, Finance and IT and technical solutions, Trainer, community building. Was team leader and organizer of international youth exchanges, camps and conferences in international, multicultural teams.

Network setup and maintenance, Network and Information Security, Hardware selection and purchase. Administrated MS Windows workstations, and FreeBSD Internet gateway.

Led a team of mobile ICT consultants working with Armenian NGOs and "marzpetarans" (offices of region governors). Developed strategies, guidelines and recommendations for ICT infrastructure of organizations, F(L)OSS migration plans. Provided trainings and consultations for IT personnel of organizations.

Provided technical support to Xter.net ISP Dial-up, DSL and Wireless customers during the main team time off. Provided general technical assistance to the regular tech support operators during their work hours.Monitored the entire ISP infrastructure.

Performed general maintenance of local network and MS Windows based servers (including Active Directory, Exchange, IIS and ISA servers), data backup and archiving. Purchased and installed new equipment. Provided technical support to staff and assisted with website updates.

Administrated company's VoIP SoftSwitches and billing systems. Troubleshot system, and performed quality monitoring. Negotiated with international partners and customers. Developed internal technical policies and recommendations for customers and partners. Configured VoIP ATAs and Gateways (Cisco, Linksys, D-Link). Led technical support team since April 2005.

As a contractor:Developed an information system for people with vision disabilities.Set up the system in more than 20 public access centers in regions of Armenia.Provided training to technical personnel of the centers.
