My (seasonal) job revolved around being a greeter and working the floor as sales lead. To help the customer find the the right product that works for them, not making them work for the product. I watched what their body language told me, letting them explore their environment and expand on what they are interested in. I always greeted the customer’s to make them feel at home- bringing them from satisfied with their visit to loyal to the store.
