I am responsible for the business strategy of Systematica US. I have 15 years of experience leading urban design, masterplanning and public realm projects in Europe and the UK. I also teach on the MS in Urban Design Program at Pratt Institute, New York.My academic research projects on environmental diplomacy and climate justice have been showcased at exhibitions internationally, notably, the Venice Architecture Biennale 2021 and Oslo Architecture Triennale 2019. I am currently Fellow at the Inclusive Ecologies Incubator where I work on FIELD, a bioarts project which looks into grass-based plastics as a renewable material for construction. Prior to this I helped co-found the Global Free Unit, a network for education through live projects in contexts of rapid economic and political change, where I initiated the New Rural Design Think Tank, and the Sol y Sombra mapping project, which developed complex territorial modeling tools for the Amazon.Awarded the British Council Creative Commissions in Response to Climate Change grant in 2022, to realize an artwork monitoring environmental quality in cities. Awarded the Artistic Collaboration and Knowledge Exchange Grants by Pro Helvetia Swiss Arts Council in 2016-2018 and the British Council Knowledge Exchange Grant in 2017 for work on The New Rural. Recipient of the iGuzzini Travel Award and Royal Institute of British Architects Bronze Medal Commendation for an Architecture Degree Project in 2006.
