As a Guest Relations Officer for a Short Film Festival, my main responsibility was to provide a positive experience for all guests. I greeted attendees, shared festival information, and assisted those with disabilities. Working with the festival staff, I addressed any guest concerns and helped resolve issues. Overall, my role was critical in ensuring a smooth and welcoming atmosphere for all guests.

I was a part of a project aimed at developing an automated disinformation detection model for Swedish contents on Twitter, utilizing Natural Language Processing (NLP) and the state-of-the-art RoBERTa modelProject Activities:- Collaborated with a team of researchers to design and develop the model, leveraging NLP techniques to analyze the semantics and syntax of the Swedish text on Twitter, while the RoBERTa model provided advanced pre-trained language processing capabilities to identify and classify disinformation content accurately- Conducted data analysis and prepared datasets to train and evaluate the model, utilizing Python programming language- Evaluated the performance of the model using various evaluation metrics such as precision, recall, and F1 score, and fine-tuned the model parameters for optimal performance

Coordinated with purchasing department to identify new fin-tech products such as AI stock/ fund investment advisors.Worked with cross-functional teams to gain alignment and move initiatives from product ideas to commercialization.Supported collaborative projects and worked closely with technical partners to deliver against portfolio roadmaps.Partnered with sales, strategy and business development to identify new product opportunities, manage project portfolio and work assignments.Recruited, interviewed and hired employees and implemented mentoring program to promote positive feedback and engagement.
