Xenia Kourtoglou, alumna of Pierce and Deree Colleges, started her business career in 1985 and in 1988 founded Focus Bari, a leading Market Research Agency in Greece, with local and international activity and recognition. For 32 years Focus Bari has provided the market with the Industry Currency Surveys for Radio and Press, and leading surveys on Technology, Telecommunications, E-commerce and a vast variety of consumer/FMCG product lines. In June 2020, Focus Bari became the official, exclusive Associate Partner of YouGov in Greece. Xenia Kourtoglou is particularly active in the business community through her participation and contribution at local and European organizations on Media & Market Research, on Digital Advertising and Technology (ESOMAR, EMRO, SEDEA, EEDE, IAB, TOGME), is a founding member of I for U Mentoring Network, is Co-founder of e-satisfaction, has been a regular lecturer at Panteion University, is a regular speaker at local and international conferences, a regular Mentor at EGG, and a constant supporter and mentor of career women and entrepreneurs.Xenia is a Certified Business & Executive Coach (AMA, MDI, Coach U), and holds an MSc, in Person Centred Psychotherapy & Counselling by the University of Strathclyde. Her first book, best selling in the self-help sector, "Your Best Opportunity is NOW!" has been published in 2018 by DIOPTRA Publications.
