Senior Customer Manager – Create new end-user experiences and service solutions based on our customer’s business and end-user needs and Alcatel-Lucent’s location enabling technologies. Detailed GUI evaluation of a sales automation software system, OverQuota, developed by MFJ (Lotus Notes platform). Requirements analysis, task walkthroughs and interviews with sales staff resulted in design changes that improved user navigation, reduced the number of windows and user actions required to perform the same task and improved product barrier identification. Design recommendations were implemented in the next commercial release of the product.

Designed/developed HCIs for advanced compact and full scope process control simulators. Developed design specifications for the user interface of computer-based plant control systems of the Modular High Temperature Gas Reactor and the Advanced Heavy Water Production Reactor for the Department of Energy. Performed task analysis and function allocation for operational design of human-computer interactive systems. Developed human factors standards and guidelines for use by design engineers. Developed and implemented a company wide Root Cause Analysis training program.
