I was born in Olot, a beautiful city in the north of Catalonia surrounded by a volcanic landscape. After moving to Barcelona for university, I earned a Master’s degree in Project Management. Outside of work, I’m passionate about reading, traveling, and boxing.With over 10 years of experience in the music industry, I’ve had the privilege of working in two key areas: live music and music publishing. My journey began in live event operations at Primavera Sound, one of the world’s most iconic music festivals, where I developed a deep understanding of large-scale event coordination.Currently, I lead the Operations team at BMAT Music Innovators, a multicultural and tech-driven group dedicated to ensuring that online music royalties reach the right creators. My role combines strategic leadership, cross-functional team collaboration, and advanced project management to align operations with organizational goals. I focus on optimizing operational workflows, enhancing client satisfaction, and driving continuous improvement in a fast-paced, innovation-centered environment.
