As a Systems Engineer for State and Local Government and Education, I have deployed some of the fastest and most reliable storage in the world to the state governments of Louisiana, Mississippi, and now New York. I take great pride in serving those who serve, and in the knowledge that systems I deployed have had a positive and meaningful impact on all citizens of these states.I'm an experienced leader, problem-solver, and avid technologist with over 20 years experience in government and healthcare. I have extensive experience working with the C-Suite, IT management, and other stakeholders to identify business needs, translate those needs into technical requirements, and then drive these projects through to completion.Some of my specialties include Strategic Planning, Project Management, Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery (BC&DR) Planning, Data Center Technologies (Enterprise Compute, Storage, and Networking), Windows and Linux, and Cloud.When I'm not at work, I enjoy spending time with my wife and dogs at home in scenic upstate New York. My hobbies include tinkering with technology, slowly renovating the 200 year old Victorian house we moved into, attending live concerts and festivals, exploring and learning about new places, and playing games of all types.
