• Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other specialists to provide on-site coordination for internal trade workers and outside vendors performance• Distribute and track project technical materials with the project manager and process/track vendor invoices• Prepare and maintain all project logs utilizing Word documents and Excel spreadsheets including RFI, proposal request, submittal, takeoff, inspection, security, subcontractor insurance, punch list, contact lists, change orders etc.• Coordinate and prepare daily reports, projected cost reports, site photos, schedules and status reports• Produce drawings and sketches in Adobe Acrobat and quantity take off as well as cost estimating• Attend weekly project meetings and produce meeting minutes as well as update schedule

• Conduct research on prices and availability of new products to prepare construction material data• Draft contracts for subcontractors and assist risk managers in reviewing insurance of subcontractors• Coordinate with architects and engineers to review shop drawings, track approvals and revisions• Create submittals of shop drawings and construction material data in Timber Line• Prepare purchase order to the supplier and submit change order to subcontractors
