My research is in the domain of statistical computing, machine learning and bioinformatics, focused heavily on the applications in cancer genomics. I am particularly interested in personalized medicine, disease progression and drug resistance in various cancers. I have been working intensively on next-gen sequencing data and other high-throughput genomic data to investigate above questions from systems biology perspective using statistical and machine learning approaches.
