I worked in the Tesco Supermarket in Pontypool over the 2020 Christmas period. I worked casually in the café at Cwmbran Stadium. My duties included greeting and serving customers, handling money, operating the electronic till, making tea, coffee and other beverages, preparing hot food, cleaning the work station and keeping the seated areas tidy.

I volunteered part time working on the shop floor until the store's closure in early 2019. My roles included handling donations, putting out new items in their correct places, operating the electronic till, handling money and keeping the shop floor tidy.

After a week of successful work experience for my school work I was offered 6 weeks contracted work in the finance office. I worked these weeks during my school holidays. My roles included general filing, scanning, photocopying. updating the electronic filing system and dealing with highly confidential client files. I used Microsoft Excel and Access database during the course of my duties.
