Responsibilities are:1.Post-acquisition financial management of the acquired company-Aurora Holding B.V. which specializes in soil remediation and water treatment. 2. Coordinating between Chinese and Dutch teams and help to set up a joint venture soil remediation company in China from financial and taxation perspectives. 3. Looking for new opportunities for M&A of high-tech in soil remediation and water treatment industry.4. Establishing connections with local business partners, enterprises and governmental departments of South HollandAurora Holding B.V.的投后管理，对其经营情况进行跟踪汇报，按照国内准则转换编制各期荷兰财务报表，组织协调交割审计评估、年度审计、年度业绩考核，协调参与中荷双方的日常沟通；协助Aurora Holding B.V. 在中国组建合资公司，协助沟通以及推进合资方案的谈判，并规划合资公司成立后Aurora Holding技术入股所涉及的财税问题。与当地企业合作设立亿利欧洲科技创新中心作为集团海外平台，同荷兰当地政府部门、企业以及第三方专业机构发展了稳定良好的合作关系，在荷兰当地构建团队，并协同各方寻找欧洲先进环境修复技术以及潜在并购标的
