“ CITY with QUALITIES also AFFORDABLE ” - Innovative Solution for Affordable HousingIn this project, I was responsible for seeking affordable housing solutions in Asia (focused on Singapore, South Korea, Japan and Taiwan), dealing with specific issues pertaining to recent development of Social and Affordable Housing Policies in Taiwan, compiling quarterly reports, and assisting FIABCI to conduct surveys through questionnaires in order to build up FIABCI's residential real estate database.

“ Green Play - Smart Consumer Journey ” - Taiwan Government’s Industrial Upgrading Plan in Commercial area.In order to upgrade the technology industry and commercial area to the AIoT (AI+IoT), we integrated different fields (commerce, architecture, technology, such as IE, ME, CD, etc.) into this project to develop a new business model in Feng Chia Night Market and find the key human factors to come up with solutions. My role in this project was to collaborate with the engineers, combine all the elements involved (LED lighting, human factors, site problems, IOT, etc.), and give them planning and product standards.
