Lead the RDS Organization, including P&L, Product and Engineering, for RDS MySQL, RDS PostgreSQL and RDS SQL Server managed services. In addition, I also manage the hosted ClickHouse Service in Alibaba Cloud.Key Achievements:1. Tech leader for RDS, overseeing a product fleet with over 1 MM nodes, generating billions in ARR; improving gross margin by high double digits during my tenure, while scaling the team from 30 to more than 60 members in product and engineering2.
