The WAT convenes all workforce systems, partners, programs, and initiatives of the Pikes Peak region under one centralized access point to ensure that students, job seekers, and workers have access to meaningful careers and that businesses have access to skilled talent. Stakeholders include business, economic development, workforce development, community-based services, k-12 education, post-secondary education & training, and community-based workforce providers.Develop multiple applications for the members of Workforce Action TEAM (WAT), that supported the organization's mission of supporting the local workforce.Working closely with WAT's leadership team, I developed web-based solutions that streamlined processes and improved access to resources for job seekers, workers, and businesses in the community. This included designing and developing custom web applications to support job training programs, career fairs, and other workforce development initiatives.Using my expertise in web development, I collaborated with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, design user interfaces, and develop scalable web applications.
