I am a chef from Chongqing, China, I have seven years of hotel work experience, my first job was in theRosewood hotel in Abu Dhabi, in 2015, I held the position of Demi chef there, my job is cut all rawmaterials and cooperate with the overall operation of the team.The name of the Chinese restaurant is"Daipaidong", I am the opening member of this restaurant.I have worked here for one year and six months,During a year, we won the best new Chinese restaurant award and the Favorite Chinese foodaward.Later, I joined Shangri La Hotel & resort to work.I joined Shangri-La Abu Dhabi in 2016, wheremy culinary knowledge and kitchen hygiene knowledge have been improved. Here I learned theproduction process of Peking duck and dim sum,During the 5 years I worked in Shangri-LaHotel, besides dim sum and BBQ, I also learned wok.In 2021, I got the opportunity to work in the Bahamas at the Grand hyatt Hotel in theBahamas. This is my first job outside the UAE. After working in the Bahamas for one year, in2022, I returned to the UAE and worked in Jumeirah Emirates Tower Hotels.Continuously learn and accumulate experience and technology. While working in the UAEand the Bahamas, in addition to professional cooking skills, I also obtained basic food hygienecertification and a series of kitchen quality and safety system management! As a member of theteam for 4 restaurants,I have mastered a high command of kitchen operations. I am able toguarantee the whole operation to go well under the guidance of my collaboration with otherteam members.Besides that,I have owned advanced culinary theory and excellent cookingtechniques.
