Technical capacity: with a solid programming skills: have C, C ++, ASP.NET, TCL, html, SQL and other development experience. During the development of undergraduate had two larger information management systems, respectively, during the graduate student, completed two ministries based on mobile device. One is a 3D product display mobile e-commerce platform, the other is the Simulation of network algorithms and three-dimensional graphics progressive transmission with 3G technology. After graduation, I has served in Nokia, worked on physical layer and DSP development, was responsible for the integration of DSP system base station, uplink decoding, DSP local system services and application management and development, also including unit and module testing experience. Currently I am leading a Scrum Team under the latest base station products, who work on system integration and the development of the physical layer. At the same time, I act another sub-project’s Feature leaderLeadership capacity: During student has been serving as student leaders; while working part-time department has Quality Control and Fault Coordinator. At present, as Scrum Master and Feature Leader, and obtain PMP certification, have a strong management sense and organizational communication skills.
