 Plan and leverage the Product Development Team Leader resource according to the AI business and product complexity, to support the local, subsidiary and global business through product development technical management; Review the each project on design and development weekly, including the budget vs actual expense, timing plan vs actual status, design change, risk management, issue track and solving, sample delivery and SOP; make sure all significant issues are reported and fixed timing by PDTLs, make sure the engineering signed off smoothly by customer; ensure the product development following the company policy and process and customer process requirement; Review and report the significant and comment issue on the product line design and development phase to PSL and related managers, work out the action plan to improve or fix the problem or issue;  Review the contract, SOW, PO for all new projects and ensure they are aligned with RFQ submission; submit the documents to PSL for signoff; In order to create and maintain fast response and long term technical partnership with customer, as well as win more business, based on the product line strategy, plan, organize and generate the technical solution for customer communication and review, and deliver the RFQ package.  Identify the PDTLs’ competency matrix and gap between the product, company requirement and individual capability and career target, capture the training requirement and submit for HR for training plan; monitor the training plan is executed and all PDTL participant the related training;

Global Audio infotainment platform development (TigerD,/2D/3D) As PD manager, lead the Global team(U.S., UK, Germany, China, and India) to complete 3 generation of the audio infotainment platform development in 2.5 years, and go through whole development cycle, including the architecture design, requirement capture, hardware and software development, system validation, etc.; Optimize the procedure of the platform development to shorten the platform development cycle from 1.5 years to 1 year; tailor the content of software and validation between platform and application to save the 30% of platform budget; Strengthen the supplier sourcing to optimize the platform solution and reduce the BOM cost; introduce the module design concept to platform development to reduce the complexity; 2. China Navigation Proof of Concept platform Development Complete the Chinese navigation market survey in 4 weeks independently; lead the evaluation of navigation engine and map database suppliers; investigate the project feasibility; and finally achieve approval from Visteon Headquarter to kick off the project; Lead China hardware team for navigation hardware development; coordinate with U.S. and France software team for navigation software development, and conduct the road test and validation in China; deliver the phase samples on time and within budget; ments and feasibility study regarding SGM60, SGM710, SVW Mode Y, Ford 34x and RC5000;3. Family entertainment system  Lead China electronic engineers to design schematics and PWB layout for MB8008 and MB8010USB project; improve the software quality by strengthening the supplier management; consolidate the relationship between China local supplier and European team;  Lead the purchasing and engineering team to upgrade the technology of old platform of FES with lower cost(30% saving) but higher performance and quality;
