Responsibilities :-Set up china office in shanghai-Responsible for the daily operation of the office. -Making the marketing strategy for Chinese market -Keep close communication with HQ and organize the local team to achieve the tasks assigned by HQAchievement: -Set up the China sales dept, China marketing dept and other admin depts.-Launch the new trading promotion for Chinese market.-Set up the remuneration structure for china sales department.-Adjust the IB profiles according to the demand of Chinese market.-Create the 7*24 client service system-Improve the Chinese website, and promote the website with local media

Responsibilities: -Sales supervising and managing-Keep maintaining the relationship with the VIP IBs.-Handling high-potential IB -Work with HQ back office and local admin depts to make sure the daily operation of sales teams and sales support team.Achievement: -During the service in SH office, the average net deposit reached 3m per month
