Xiao Cheng is Founding Partner of Earth Heir, a pioneer and award-winning social enterprise that celebrates Malaysia’s varied heritage art forms. As the Head of Acumen Academy in Malaysia, Xiao Cheng builds the community of valued-based leaders to build a Malaysia filled with hope and dignity.Xiao Cheng is an Acumen Fellow, an alumna of The Global Good Fund and Miller Center for Social Entrepreneurship. Awarded with Prestige 40 Under 40 and The Vice Chancellor Global Graduate Prize, She was also a Star Scholar from Nottingham University Business School. Lead with her lived experience and empathy, Xiao Cheng has mentored at the ASEAN Social Enterprise Bootcamp co-organized by Malaysia Global Innovation and Creativity Centre (MaGIC) and The Hub Singapore - the two nodes in Malaysia and Singapore, Singapore International Foundation (SIF) Young Social Entrepreneurship Bootcamp, and also at various universities.She was a Programme Associate Intern at Social Enterprise Alliance Malaysia - pioneer facilitator of the social enterprise ecosystem in Malaysia. She has also gained unique insight into community work from training and on-the-ground volunteering in China and in the United Kingdom.
