Support escalations regarding financial disputes and payment issues from AU&SG vendors, coordinate and work with internal key stakeholders to (1) identify and understand root causes, (2) work out a solution to rectify issues identities and resolve disputes, and (3) advise prevention actions to eliminate repetitive escalations. The above issue resolution process also covers manual account reconciliation, data analysis, process dive deep, and clarification with vendors regarding overall account status and guidance on next actions.Supported key projects: launch of Singapore tax rate change in 2024, launch of Vendor Central chat robot (payment-related part), improvement of Statement Recon tool output, etc.

• Financial support - work on AU&SG high-priority vendor escalations relate to financial and payment disputes. Perform manual reconciliation on vendor's account, clarify overall account status with vendor's finance team, deep dive escalation root causes and coordinate with different internal key stakeholders to rectify issues properly for resolutions. Initiate regular catch-up with key vendors for account clearance. • Business process improvement - work with global teams for improvement projects, including improvements on operation efficiency, financial impact, and vendor experience.• Supported key projects: launch of Singapore tax rate change in 2024, launch of Vendor Central chat robot (payment-related part), improvement of Statement Recon tool output, etc.

• Reconciliation – perform daily bank reconciliation, revenue recognition, and AR management. Identify and investigate reasons for discrepancy between bank GL and statement. Perform vendor reconciliations, communicate with internal BU or external party to resolve billing issues and manage business risk. Escalate issues where appropriate. • End of Month Reporting – review monthly account reconciliation, finalise month-end reporting package and prepare balance sheet reconciliation report. Provide supporting document for ensuring accuracy and completeness. • Data Analysis – analyse aged payables and receivables on monthly basis. Proactively follow up AR collection; Analyse consolidated invoices and corporate card expenditure, ensure costs are correctly maintained. • Business Process Improvement – in charge of in innovation projects for business process improvement. Drive continuous improvement initiatives for further operational efficiency improvement.• Tax Obligation – support Manager with tax filing and reporting, prepare monthly tax report and lodge with Taxation Office. • Documentation – document and maintain business operation processes, create Business Process Manual for cross training purpose.

• Bookkeeping – AP, AR, process journals. • Reconciliation – in charge of daily accounting reconciliation for both corporate account and trust account. Identify potential risks and undertake investigation properly. • End of Month Reporting – finalise month end reconciliation reporting package.• Tax Obligation – in charge of monthly tax report (BAS) and employee payroll summary report.• Financial Analysis – prepare financial statement, provide insights on financial position and operational activities. Identify potential risks and provide proper solution for effective risk control.• Budgeting – prepare monthly budget and cash flow forecast, make adjustment according to cost and risk control.
