Current- Software development mainly by C with RTOS like embedded LINUX, VXWORKS, PSOS.- Responsible for chip driver development of CLOCK/IEEE1588/CES/PDH/SDH/EOS. - Cooperation with hardware engineer and verify hardware design, verify DDR,FPGA and CPLD.- Responsible for protocol development (PTP, ESMC, TOD,CES, SDH etc.)- Responsible for CI environment building using JENKINS & shell script.- Make a plan of design and verification, hold regular meeting with hardware team BSP team and operation team to ensure project progress and quality.- Manage the Team members of about 20 people, coordinate the work of Team Leader and communicate with the Team.
