Improving the quality process, the product rework rate reduced 3% in the 2019；3. Employee managementplanning for manpower requirements, hiring, training and motivating employees.4. Cooperate with other department1) Critical participants of program activity. Lead team support the product dept. and engineering dept., make the product and readiness meet the mass production status.
