Production management1) Monitor the execution of production plan every day, in order to meet the custom demands. 2) Improving the production flow smooth. the efficiency of press has ramped up over 45% during 2017 to 2020.3) Monitor the quality of every working procedure, in order to accomplish the quality objective in terms of Product Quality Standard. 1.
