• Recombinantly expressed tetrameric Aquaporin from Rhodobacter Sphaeroides (Rs-AqpZ) in E.coli strain BL21λDE3 using pET-22b(+) system under ampicillin resistance and T7 promoter, inducing expression with 1mM IPTG at mid-log growth phase• Purified Rs-AqpZ protein using FPLC with 5mL StrepTrap®XT resin for downstream quality control incorporation analysis with liposomes and polymersomes• Applied Dylight-GFP double labeling for precise protein visualization and conducted fluorescent imaging• Employed various analytical techniques including large scale fermentation, fast protein liquid chromatography (FPLC), UV-Vis spectroscopy, Stopped-Flow Light Scattering (SFLS), Dynamic Light Scattering (DLS), ultracentrifugation, dialysis, and etc.
