I went to university in Shanghai from September 2010. During that time, from March 2013 I worked as an intern at Global 500 Ingram Micro Company in Shanghai as an office assistant in the sales department for 3 months. From September of that year, I worked as an intern in the Planning and Management Department at Glory Group, a machine and processing company related to a famous Japanese financial institution in Shanghai for 9 months. After graduating from university, I came to Korea to study in September 2014 and received the scholarship at the language school and because of my excellent so I could work at Hanyang University's ERICA International Education Center for one year and four months for managing international students. In March 2017, I entered the graduate school of Hanyang University and also received two excellent foreign scholarships. In January 2019, I was accepted out of thousands of applicants for the 23rd Seoul Global Internship Program for nearly two months. After graduating, in June 2019, I went to U-Base, the largest outsourcing company in Korea. For 9 months, I served as the Official Consumer Services Commissioner for Airbnb's Chinese and English International Department and received the highest customer satisfaction score and the best group award.In October 2020, I started working in a branch of a world-renowned Korean tannery, which is responsible for the production of various famous brands of leather, including, MICHAEL KORS, MARC JACOBS, PRADA, MCM, BELLY, COACH and other world leading brands. I am the main person in charge of various sample management, and communicate with the brand about the details of various samples and the delivery time. I do my best to achieve on-time delivery and before shipping, I will reconfirm so that have greatly reduced the time cost and loss caused by mistakes in details. Due to the excellent management of samples, I have been responsible for the main bulk's service of various foundries after 9 months of employment. When meeting delivery delay and claim, I could communicate in advance about the reason and the time of the overdue notice. I put customer requests for urgent shipments first, and then get support for products that are about to expire. I also give timely feedback and promise to solve the relevant problem and obtain the improvement measures while communicate closely and minimize the losses. I have been greatly recognized and appreciated by the leaders and colleagues and won the second place in the company's highest popularity award in the third month of my tenure.
