This includes application of multiple skills, such as data science, asset integrity management, multi-criteria decision support, product life cycle management, risk assessment and mitigation, as well as associated software development and training, etc.Moreover, due to the nature of my role, I have been involved in the entire life cycle of the projects from proposal stage to the final delivery, responsible to deliver and manage the projects at high level of technical quality within the desired time frame and budget. Including:•Project life cycle management•Completion of the technical research and assessment work as scoped in the proposal. Preparation and submission of project deliverables to strict deadlines•Supervising PhD and MSc students and training new starters•Leading multi-disciplinary teams of experienced engineers, graduates and trainees/Interns to project success• Being the single contact point of funding bodies, clients, project team members, and project consortium •Project cost estimation and budget management•Project dissemination and exploitation activities, such as arranging project delivery meetings, paper publications, presenting in the conferences, and organizing technical events•Project risk identification, management and mitigation Show less
