Responsibilities Responsibility of CFLi and LEDr orders management, and ATP commit Capacity management with manufacturing : Rough-cut capacity in MPS(3-6 months), Capacity requirement plan in MRP(2-3 months), Actual in/output in PAC(Current month) Responsibility of material plan and production plan with SAP Responsibility of material excess and inventory turn over, avoid/digest excess, TOR improvement Review LEDr delivery lead time, focus on long lead time material, work out solution and proposal. Support NPIAchievements: Improve inventory(FG/Semi-FG/Raw material) turn over from 5.1 to 9.5 Improve on time delivery rate from 85% to 95% Shorten CFLi delivery lead time, decrease from 65days to 45days Shorten LEDr delivery lead time, 12 weeks(on going)
