Marketing Communications:Creates communications programs designed in the China market that effectively describe and promote the client and its products including graphics, product collateral, logos, or other promotional products. Analyzes customer requirements, develops messaging architecture and competitive positioning, specifies projects with an understanding of the food vertical in China, secures resources, communicates project development and drives creative development processes. Works with internal German company for design and execution of advertising campaigns, and product positioning. Marketing Customer Relations:Account manage customer in China and will be the liaisons between The German Marketing company and their customers. I assess customer needs and generate sales leads through more personalized service, and act as the customer relations manager in maintaining and developing relationship, strategies and programs that produce business value and favorable customer experiences in China. I monitor customer satisfaction and recommend approaches to the marketing company that can be implemented to better serve the customers in China. The focus is clearly integrating the culture aspects in maintaining customer satisfaction with multi-national presence.
