Algorithm Project Manager
1. Responsible for CT coronary algorithm project management, led the team to develop core models such as coronary vessel segmentation, vessel midline, and lesion detection, set reasonable targets, and delivered them as planned. Overall, the pass rate exceeded 90% according to sample statistics.2. Responsible for the project management of CT chest fracture algorithm, committed to the optimization of chest plain scan CT fracture detection algorithm. Based on the sensitivity of different clients to fracture detection, we also worked with the team to try to classify fracture imaging features according to what extent they look like fractures and provide doctors with different sensitivity options from the algorithm dimension.3. Led a team of 5-10 people to devote to the research and development of medical CT influence algorithm, controlled the whole process from data to model training, engineering packaging, and model evaluation, and was fully responsible for the development and release of AI algorithm.
