• Led a team of 4 in a churn rate prediction project aimed at predicting real estate agents who will stop using services provided by StreetSine, allowing StreetSine to implement relevant measures to enhance retention rate.
• Analysed data for 7000 agents over 20 CSV files using SQL, some CSV files containing up to 1 million rows.
• Built logistic regression, classification tree and random forest models in R. One model has specificity higher than 80%.
