I Joined in Savera in 1998 when the Group just was in its beginning of the globalization strategy focusing on implementation in Chinese market and negotiation with different partners for Joint Venture. I supported the negotiation of the first JV for Savera in China and then became Member of BoD and the Deputy General Manager (later as General Manager at one specific year due to organization change) of its first state-of-the-art factory in Beijing. In 2002, I triggered and pushed hardly for the second M&A of Savera in Shanghai area. Same as before, nominated as Chief Representative in China, I also took place as the Deputy General Manager and Member of the BoD of this second project, the largest guide rail manufacturer in the world. Afterwards, together with my colleagues in Savera Group, I have accomplished another 4 M&A projects, including 3 competitors and 1 raw material supplier, consolidating Savera Group as leader in Asia and global market. Besides the overall strategy and BoD level supervision, I was responsible for global customer relationship and financing controlling as daily work.
