St Vigils College and my alma mater, Tsinghua University, were both established in 1911;2. They share exactly the same motto: "By deeds not words alone." ("行胜于言" in Chinese);3. A Colleague's first name is the first name of my American mother, while her last name is the first name of my American father (exactly the same rare spelling).I am passionate about life, education, economics, languages, psychology and health care:Well trained in economics and education, I enjoy teaching students economics and business, mathematics, science and many other subjects. Being a polyglot, I have developed my own methodology of language teaching which has been proven exceptionally effective. In addition to 12 languages that I have been leaarning, I am currently taking Latin units at University of Tasmania.Being a career mentor, I have helped many students achieve their career goals with customised study and professional development plans. With a certification from NAATI and almost 20 years of experience, I am a proud translator for government bodies such as Hobart City Council and many local businesses such as Do Theatre. As an aspiring psychologist, I have embarked on a new learning journey, eager to find the interdisciplinary connections amoug all the wonderful subjects I have learned so far.
