• Anti-Tax-Avoidance Management: Managed 7 anti-tax-avoidance cases involved foreign companies from 4 countries. Inspected and analyzed target companies’ tax-avoidance action, determined the amount of transfer pricing adjustments, issued the final reports to the companies for imposing tax• Coordinated with several foreign countries’ tax bureau for overseeing certain companies’ execution of international tax treaties, by exchanging data and information on a regular basis• Corporate Income Tax Management: Reviewed, approved and authorized approximately 300 applications from governed foreign and local companies for their income tax relief on an annual basis

• Participated in approximately 40 projects of audit and assurance services. Gained affluent experience in audit projects by referencing accounting principles and internal control regulations. Evaluated as an outstanding team player in many performance review.• A core member of audit team for major assignments, such as China Netcom (a former listed company in Hong Kong and the U.S. based in China, revenue of $7.8 billion in 2004), Sony (a multinational conglomerate based in Japan) and 3M (a multinational conglomerate based in the U.S.)
