Manage and Lead team to improve the product robustness to achieve the field return PPM from 1500 to below 100 through implement DFSS in design and SPC control in factory, which is key success factor to enter the automotive industry.5.Knowledge and skill to implement continues improvement in process development and improvement by using process mapping, DMAIC,POKA YOKE, DFM tools, etc. 6.Strong capability on problem solving and logically analysis, facilitate and organize the brainstorming, 5 why, 8D etc. for rootcause analysis.7.Skill and knowledge on worldwide customers handling and communication.
