Trained as medicine and worked in China top university hospital for 3 years. Joined Fujisawa (now Astellas) as a clinical research assistant then transfer to be medical representative for 1.5 years. Then joined Roche for another 1.5 years before taking health economics master degree in France. Joined Novartis Global in Basel in 2003, in transplantation business unit. Moved back to Novartis China in end 2005, started as new products project manager, group product manager, marketing director, business franchise head. Joined Genext in 2015, responsible for marketing, medical, business development, medical service and registration departments. Lead and completed a complicated M&A with a US company in end 2016. Now also a board member of leading machine perfusion company in US.
