My first time to know the role of career planner was in 2015 when I started my first full-time job at an International Academy inside a Chinese High School Shenzhen Yucai High School. My career of college application teacher started from 2015-2016 application season there, the more I guided students to select majors and choose colleges, the more eager I was to become a professional career planner. At the end of 2017 spring semester, I began my profession development in career planning field. Now, I am a licensed Global Career Development Facilitator, Career Planner, and College Application Planner. The first certificate I got during my full-time career is the Great Books Teaching Method T100 certified by Great Books Foundation and Shenzhen Nanshan Education Bureau in March 2015. Since then I became a super fun of the teaching method named Shared Inquiry, I really enjoy the way of reading and discussing great stories to explore what they mean. I am willing to dedicate my life to promoting this Inquiry-based learning method to more English learners. I have been the Great Books China Educational Consultant since 2020.
