I am currently a postdoctoral researcher at Colorado School of Mines, working on improving the resilience of energy systems under extreme weather events. Before this, I was an engineer at PowerChina Huadong Engineering Corporation for over three years, working on electrical design for renewable energy systems and battery energy storage systems, echelon utilization of retired batteries, and policy analysis related to electricity markets and auxiliary services.I hold a PhD in Electrical Engineering, with research including operational reliability of power systems, renewable energy integration, and asset management of power devices. During my doctoral studies, I had the opportunity to be a visiting scholar at Texas A&M University.I am particularly interested in emerging technologies to real-world projects, and I am currently exploring opportunities in both industry and research institutes where I can contribute to meaningful, application-driven work.
