Continuous focus on AR/VR innovation product, leads the team create more Pioneer leading products in Lenovo，such as ThinkReality brand AR and VR product development.

I was pioneer to lead the team focus on MBG S Series tablet, Moto X/G Tablet series system design. And led the team to cooperate with Google to launch the world first Tango AR phone, which created the Epoch-making innovative products to give users more amazing AR scenario. I also led the team continuous focus on more AR/VR device and innovation.

Pioneer in various leading projects in Lenovo, 1st Vodafone tablet customization(Vodafone Smart Tab II and III serise), 1st AMX phone customization, led the team got MIDH Mobile BU Best Team President Award for Vodafone project, and Outstangding team President Award for AMX projects. I also got Mobile BU Top Individual Performance Award too.

I led the team developing the first Lenovo Android detachable tablet S2110 which was CES Top 10 Final list Tablet at 2012.

I was foucused on WiMAX tablet/T-Mobile Smartphone customization team building and project management. Also made sure the product launched on time.

I was responsible for the new technology research and engineering, focused on Feature phone, Smartphone and tablet product. Launched the first GPS feature phone, the first Walkie-talkie feature phone and first tablet in Longcheer.

FPGA validation/Demo borad design. Involved in ECP2 and ECP2M series FPGA patten validation and develop board design.

Worked on ISDN/ADSL terminal and Rounter HW development.
