• Bachelor’s degree in process/chemical discipline;• Qualified process engineer in Oil and Gas industry with more than 10 years’ process design experience in EPC projects, Greenfield and Brownfield;• Involved in/executed Feasibility Studies/Conceptual Design/FEED/Detailed Design(EPC); Brownfield and Greenfield;• Coordinated and collaborated with Senior/Lead Process Engineer to determine project objectives for the process team; • Provided appropriate process engineering input to design activities undertaken by other inter-discipline engineering;• Provided mentorship/coach for the junior process engineer to succeed in the given jobs;• Assisted project manager in project design and execution according to contract and client requests; and ensure the deliverables provided to the project are technically accurate, within the scope, budget and schedule, and in compliance with Company values and QHSE procedures;• As representative in Technical Design Reviews such as P&ID, HAZOP, Calculation Report, Mark-Up Datasheet according to Material Requisition and Technical Criteria in vendor meeting;• Demonstrated experience in emergency mitigation study, including shutdown and blowdown, and hydrate mitigation philosophy;• Demonstrated experience in process system pressure relief and temperature relief simulation by HYSYS and UNISIM, both stable and dynamic models;• Developed and assisted other engineer in key design documents such as process philosophies, PFD (Material & Heat Balance); UFD; P&ID; equipment including pump and compressor, pipeline and valve calculation report; specification; data sheet and other associated documents;• Familiar with Oil middle stream process between well heads and on-spec oil pump station; Gas middle stream including associated gas separation, gas dehydration and purifying, gas lifting and LNG;• Familiar with 2&3 phase vessel sizing, tray/packed column sizing, PSV sizing, pump and compressor hydraulic design and calculation and etc.;• Demonstrated experience in optimizing unit performance, site troubleshooting, technical support to site engineers, and debottlenecking design to satisfy capacity requirement and compliance with standards and company’s specifications;• Fluent with UNISIM, HYSYS, AutoCAD and Microsoft Office;• Experience of working in multi-culture team and projects in Middle East, South Asia, China and Russia;• Ability to work under pressure and skilful in multi-task management.
