I was the core developer of parallel computing software, GEMS, which can be applied to practical electromagnetic simulation problems. The parallel efficiency can top 90% with thousands of computing nodes after optimizing. The optimizing was performed in three levels: node (MPI), core (OpenMP) and vector unit (VALU instruction set). I also ported the parallel code into CUDA and PHI platforms. I was in charge of GUI development and created a user friendly interface for 3-D modelling (ACIS) and data visualization (OpenGL, VTK and HOOPS3d).All of these work was partially published in the following four books:1.
