1. Responsible for the construction plan development, implementation, commissioning, troubleshooting and customer training of the robot (Driverless forklifts) at the European project site.2. Responsible for tracking, recording and summarising the operation of the robot (Driverless forklifts) on the European project site, and report to the project manager on a regular basis. 3. Responsible for documentation, product data collection and translation for European projects; responsible for documentation and translation for overseas projects.4. Responsible for after-sales maintenance and demonstration of the robot (Driverless forklifts) in European projects.5. Responsible for developing and following up the progress and plan of European projects, technical communication with customers, and ensuring the coordination and resolution of customer issues.6. Responsible for maintaining European on-site customer relationships, providing timely feedback on effective customer information, continuously standardising and improving project management, and enhancing customer service levels
