• Maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures• Responsible for accurate inventory and productivity levels. Manages documentation and flow of goods through bonded warehouse. Ensure that operational resources, including equipment and human talent, are properly allocated in relation to daily operational needs.• Coordinate the efforts of Customer Service and Operations personnel to ensure that client orders are effectively satisfied.• Liaise between subordinate staff and senior management to ensure organizational goals and objectives are effectively communicated and met.

 Communicate with technician and boss, insure the inventory run well with produce. Establishing and managing contracts with suppliers, maintaining a suitable suppliers Soliciting competitive bids through requests for proposal, requests for quotations

 Assist with planning and execution of Career Engagement Center events, workshops, and programs Provide office support for full-time staff, including typing, filing, copying, and preparing mailings. After participating in required training, assist with giving presentations across campus about the center and/or provide basic career exploration guidance and resume feedback to students.  Serve as a receptionist which includes answering phones, taking messages, and making appointments.
