I am passionate about sustainable tourism management. My Master study and further work experience provide me with solid knowledge of this topic. I believe that tourism should be beneficial to the majority and be able to fulfill the enviornmental, cultural and econimical triangle of sustainability.Besides that, I have a long-term experience in customer support. I am familiar with communication with clients and being a problem solver. Empathy, flexibility in using knowledge and tools, efficiency, team-working capability and international exposure are some of the major skills that I have gained from my past experiences and I am confident of using them advantageously in my future roles. My language skills include Italian in an almost native level, excellent English and Chinese mandarin as native speaker. I am also a freelance translator and interpreter Italian to Chinese/Chinese to Italian. Working with language is affasinating for me since it is all about understanding and communication.
