Ren is the Co-Founder, Creative Manager of Studio 8, a Jordanian non-for-profit company active in the fields of dance. Job Summary: institutional and strategy development, graphic design, ensures proposal writing, program development, budget and reporting.Common Accountabilities: 1) Sets and reviews of the strategic direction of the organization, developing vision, mission, values, objectives, goals and strategies.2) Develops the artistic program in line with the organization’s values.3) Formulates action plan.4) Identifies hiring needs, designs job descriptions, sources candidates, conducts interviews and fills paperwork.Specific Accountabilities:1) Carries out building-partnerships strategies, contacts potential partners.2) Coordinates research, designs audience/viewer experience of the performance/production.3) Ensures the quality and completeness of project/production.4) Creates promotional and press materials of projects/productions.5) Ensures the update website and social media platforms.6) Develops ways in which dance project/production can be interpreted, through exhibitions, publications, events, videos.

Freelancer artists contribute to the gift shop collection of The Jordan National Gallery of Fine Arts.The collection, called "Fine Felt Arts", is a series of experimental jewelry created from artificial felt and natural felt from Ghor in south Jordan and synthetic fiber felt. The designs came out of the search for the combination of traditional handcrafts making and modern art. The total collection includes 21 felt necklaces design, 7 felt earrings design, and a few other small felt toys and accessories.

Commissioned artist for exhibition called "Out to sea? Plastic Garbage Project", organized the Royal Marine Conservation Society of Jordan, Drosos Foundation and partnership with the Design Museum of Zurich, in 2014, in Amman, Ren created 4 art installations:1) An Floating Aquarium made of recycle plastic installation.2) An origami installation & a wall painting inspired by red sea sardine run.3) A set of 8 Fish pendant lamps.4) Workshop Conductor ​for more than 10 children workshops of creating sea creatures.
