As the owner of a Chinese cuisine restaurant business in the UK, I work with a business partner to oversee all aspects of operations, from managing day-to-day tasks to developing long-term business strategies. My responsibilities include ensuring the highest standards of service and food quality, maintaining financial health, and leading a team to deliver outstanding customer experiences. I also manage supplier relationships, oversee budgeting, and create marketing initiatives to grow the brand. Currently, our business encompasses both online and offline sales, and we also serve as a food supplier for high-end student accommodations
