1) PhD in Organic chemistry and Bachelor in Pharmaceutical Engineering; 3-year postdoctoral experiences in biological chemistry and material chemistry for solar cell application.2) Strong experiences in multistep organic synthesis, including small molecules and polymers; highly experienced in handling air- and water-sensitive reactions.3) Various chemistry, biochemistry and material characterization, such as GC-MS, LC-MS, NMR, UV-vis, Fluorescent, IR, DSC, TGA, POM, CV, SEM, TEM, AFM, western blot and so on.4) Creative, good at analytic thinking and problem solving, as well as good written skill (Published 18 first-author research papers on top chemistry journals).5) Easy going, highly committed, self-motivated, reliable hard-worker person, and able to manage a variety of jobs at one time.6) Good in mentoring and leading a research group.
