I started my first job as the project manager of China National Chemical Construction Dalian Company who is the leading chemical construction and international business company in China owned by the former Ministry of Chemical Industry. In 1999, I joined Gaizhou Chemical Industry Co., Ltd. and its joint venture Yingkou Junye Chemical Products Co., Ltd. as the general manager and the 2nd biggest share holder, who are the first commercial producers of Organosilane A302 and Glyoxal 40% in China. In 2000, we became the biggest producer and exporter of A302 & Glyoxal in China.In end of 2001, ONICHEM was set up specialized in Silanes. Since 2003, we have been being the leading Chinese supplier of various Silanes in the world markets. We have signed a 5 years agreement with the State Key Laboratory of Fine Chemicals (KeyLab), Dalian University of Technology (DUT) in 2006 to develop new Silanes & new technologies, and we are the 2nd commercial supplier of N-(n-Butyl)-3-aminopropyltrimethoxysilane (A301B, CAS# 31024-56-3) in the world since 2008. In 2013, our own R& D center was launched in order to fasten our position of specialty Silanes. In 2017, we invested a new project of Tetravinyltetramethylcyclotetrasiloxane （Siloxane V4, CAS# 2554-06-5).I am proud to work for ONICHEM, not only for myself as the entrepreneur but also for ONICHEM as the professional supplier of specialty chemicals in the world markets.
