Designed a mixed methods approach to understand international students’ ethnic-racial identity centrality relative to time spent in the United States and gender interactions to identity centrality. Designed a qualitative research project on sources of racial identity development within children. Used consensual qualitative research method to analyze 80 transcripts to identify key themes in children’s racial identity development.

Managed team budget and gear-related spending. Coordinated practices, coaching staff, on-ice skills development, and fundraising events. Organized recruitment and team bonding events.

Worked with student leaders to charter student organizations and maintained daily student government work. Coauthored statements and initiatives around sustainability, divestment, and anti-discrimination, which were submitted to the Board of Trustees to change college-wide policies.

Designed experiments on children between ages 4-9’s perception of social mobility dependent on family’s race, immigration status, and ability status. Generated over five hundred stimuli with AI and normed all stimuli for age, emotion, and attractiveness through R studio and Excel. Created Qualtrics surveys and presentations for data collection. Conducted data collection for over 50 participants.

Partnered with a sustainability-focused nonprofit to create initiatives to help underrepresented communities with sustainability. Consulted Administration, Grants Writing, Partnership, Internal Development, and Policy teams.

Trained over three hundred people on organizational strategies and trained over thirty leaders on leadership development

Founded and led the Amherst chapter to lobby and pass legislation around sustainability, created town halls, and passed the Amherst Green New Deal.
