On top of Senior laboratory technician’s job scope, additional tasks include coordination with sales on technical enquires, managing QC lab on a day to day basis, troubleshooting non-conformance products, analyse process capability, improving production right first time, fine tuning colour formulation to closer match, classification of IMDG classes for finished products, set up Episys design and feedstock in MFG-Pro, handle PIF and PMR raised by Sales and create formulation in MFG-Pro, generate monthly KPI report, participation in carrying out ISO internal audits, member of Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment committee, member of Behavioral Based Safety Committee, member of 5S committee and conduct monthly 5S audit in the organization and etcAdditional roles: 5S Auditor, BBS Observer

Carry out QC for incoming raw materials and finished products, maintain QC records, colour matching of factory made paints, inspect and approve colour of factory made paints and tinted products, evaluate performance of tint bases to be used in factory, general housekeeping of laboratory and calibration of equipments, monitor and manage laboratory supply inventory.
